A line becomes a reference entity
LOINC for measurements, SNOMED or ICD for conditions, RxNorm or ATC for medicines. Units made comparable. FHIR R4 record out.
Interpretation
Medical knowledge applied to one record
Connections, triage and reasoning, cited claim by claim. Rendered as report, chat, doctor and patient views, or returned as JSON for your own interface.
